KECU's field of membership includes any public sector employee, Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities, members of the Bluegrass ADD and Kentuckiana Regional Planning & Development Agency (KIPDA), and family members of anyone in these groups. If you meet any of these requirements, then you are eligible to join KECU.
Public Sector includes: County, Local, State, and Federal Government employees and Public Schools employees. |

A $30 minimum deposit is required to open a Share Draft (checking)Account. $25 must be deposited into the Share Draft Account (checking) and $5 into the Share Account (savings). For deposits greater than $30 please specify how the funds should be deposited.

This membership application form is in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®. You may complete the form online but you must print the form, sign and date then mail or fax it to KECU. Also, please include a copy of a State Issued ID and $5 minimum membership requirement. Before joining you must read our membership and account agreement . An additional membership and account agreement will be sent to you after your application has been approved.
